It's cold! All Balai sa Laiya rooms are now equiped with air conditioning units that's just the thing when nature starts to come down hard. Also, by August 2007, all Balai Resort, Anilao rooms (except the big room) will have their own air conditioning units. You asked, we supplied!

Just a little more! After years of praying and after months of waiting, the concreting of the road leading to Balai Resort, Anilao is almost done! By our estimates there is just about 500 meters left before the link is completed. Imagine from 5 kilometers now down to half a kilometer of rough road! The best!

And we will continue to work hard and keep busy to bring to you what you've come to expect and always loved about Balai Resorts.
